Our Standard Package is designed for organizations that plan to use more advanced software features, have an existing database, or require the training of multiple people. This package includes much more intensive training which can be helpful in preparing employees to use the system more efficiently. This is the minimum package for software other than basic ID programs, such as Lobby Management or Member Tracking software. The Standard Package includes the following services:

- Session 2 installation of equipment (Onsite local area*) 2 hours

- Operator Training
- Entering information and capturing photos
- Search functions and other database queries
- Reports
- Printer maintenance and cleaning
- Follow-up Webinar (1 hour)
- Answer questions
- Lifetime limited phone & webinar support (up 30 minutes per month)
