I had an issue where the software for our ID Flow system was lost and my manager was REALLY upset about it. I took a stab in the dark and contacted Imagesales.com and was able to speak with someone over live chat. Debora the operator was able to look up our account and see that we had in fact purchased the software and was able to get us a download link. All of this in just a matter of a couple hours!!! I have dealt with several vendors in my career working for the state and I have to say that bar none Image Sales has always been the best company to deal with! The staff is always easy to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. If it were up to me this would be the only company I would deal with!

Through the years I have been very pleased with the customer service provided from the Image Sales staff and management. They are very polite when I call to place orders, very knowledgeable about their products and punctual with delivery. The manager himself Mr. Brian Gilmore even sends me updates on my order status and also reminders to replenish my stock (which has been a great help because as an Admin, such tasks do slip my mind when having so many duties to multitask). The Image Sales staff may not know this but being that I work in a hospital environment (an environment known to use a badging system for staff) I constantly get phone calls and emails from badge supply competitors who ask for the opportunity to beat my current vendor's prices. I tell every last one of them that I am satisfied with my current vendor's service and pricing and have no interest in switching...after all, you can't put a price tag on outstanding customer service and reliability! As a matter of fact, I promote their company and pass on Image Sales contact info to fellow colleague's within my hospital site as well as other's in Northern, CA.
